THE WEDDING OF CANA
Many doubt whether what is written in the Bible is true word of God, some say that the men wrote the Bible, of course was wrote by the men, but it was God who gives them what they had to write in the same way that a manager of a company dictates to his secretary what to write, secretaries, usually unaware of the reasons what they write, and also happened to those who wrote the bible, unaware the reasons because what they wrote, it was not for his time, Now it is, because the time is fulfilled



John 2



1 Three days later a wedding was taking place at Cana in Galilee and there was the mother of Jesus.


The weddings are also called "alliance" - the wedding was the new alliance and eternal, consolidated by Jesus dying on the cross and resurrecting on the third day, and the third day was celebrated the great heavenly banquet, and all guests participating.




2 Jesus was also invited to the wedding with his disciples.


Jesus was the chief guest with his disciples for obvious reasons. Jesus was the architect of everything.


3 And, as missing wine, because he had finished the wine of the wedding, Jesus tells his mother: "They have no wine."


The wine, as you know, represents the blood of Christ, and the blood of Christ is the Holy Spirit, then what we did not have the guests was the Spirit of God.


4 Jesus replied: "What do I have with you, woman? Still has not reached my time."
5 says her mother to the servants: = "Do whatever he tells you." =


Jesus in tone joke, discovered the mission that brought him to the world - to save humanity, that is giving the gift or rather Spiritu that gives eternal life and abundant life, but in his mission, Jesus had to give his blood, and gave up the drop dying on the cross, but then resurrected and the alliance was sealed with his blood, and Mary his mother to say "do everything he tells you," constitutes a mediator between us and his son Jesus, and Jesus with his Father and our Father.




6 There was six stone jars, for purifications of the Jews, two or three steps each.


God knows our capabilities and our vocation, may be two or three steps, the important thing is to make use of that capacity and vocation, in this case, the 6 jars representing the five Patriarchs and the Law and the Prophets, through of which the Jews were purified, the five Patriarchs are Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph who was sold to the Egyptians and Moses, the sixth jar is the Law of the Ten Commandments with their prophets as guardians.


7 Jesus says: "Fill the jars of water." And up until filled.


Water represents life in this world, there is no life without water, but only a life tempotal


8 "Now, He said, carry it to master of ceremony." They took him.
9 When the master of ceremony tested the water turned into wine, as it was unaware of where came out (the servants knew it ) , the boyfriend was called by master of ceremony



Jesus turned water into wine, who represents the Holy Spirit which is eternal life and in abundance, like water, without Spirit of God, man has no life, but now, the Spirit of God is in our hands . do not let it escape because our ignorance in not doing what God calls us through the Gospel, or follow some doctrine or precepts of men.

10 and he said: "the good wine first serve, and when they are drunk, the bad wine. But you've saved the good wine until now."

Indeed, such is life on earth is what God predicted to Adam, "will earn the bread by the sweat of your brow" - not is a good wine, good things will come later, in the resurrection to the real life.


11 Thus, in Cana of Galilee, Jesus was beginning to their signals. And expressed his glory, and his disciples believed in him.
