THE TRUE CHURCH OF THE LORD
They have emerged as many Christian religious denominations, each with different rules and regulations that have nothing to do with the Gospel, following the reading is an example of the true church of Jesus who does not have a name but a behavior:
The servers of the Lord, have gifts of the Holy Spirit, with whom and through his preaching, aim to gather disciples for Jesus the only teacher, make known God's word, the Gospel of Jesus, is the highest praise to God a server can do.
The talents are nothing other than the gifts of God to carry out the mission to know God, and Jesus behind us forward
One who received more gifts, more disciples made to the Lord, to which most have, more will be asked
One who received two gifts or talents, did likewise, won two more disciples for the Lord in this way was will constitute the Church of Christ, are people who may not know each other, but are united by their faith "and his behavior according to what the Lord calls, and the only rule that follow, are laid down the Gospel, there is no hierarchy among them.
We must be aware that the main thing is our faithfulness to the Lord, doing what it asks us not to follow doctrines of men who know nothing of the things of God.
One who received two talents received the same reward that of the five talents, God does not qualify our work by how much, but because of our loyalty, or faith "
God does not need anything, on the contrary, all we need him, God educates, teaches us things that neither dream, strengthens our souls, gives us strength of character and makes us aware of the Divine love, his love, and for our part We must be faithful, even if what God ask us, this not agree with our views, in fact can not be equal, since we are mere mortal and fallible, but God is omnipotent, wise, perfect and rich in love.
Love is different from money, if we give money at some point we can not give more, on the other hand, if we give love, more love grows in us, and so on, more love we have, and if not we give love, we lose, like what happened with which received a talent and hid him.
We are all useless, but with the gifts of God, we are very useful for everyone.

14
6 "It will be as when a man who was going on a journey 7 called in his servants and entrusted his possessions to them.
15
To one he gave five talents; 8 to another, two; to a third, one--to each according to his ability. Then he went away. Immediately
16
the one who received five talents went and traded with them, and made another five.
17
Likewise, the one who received two made another two.
18
9 But the man who received one went off and dug a hole in the ground and buried his master's money.
19
After a long time the master of those servants came back and settled accounts with them.
20
The one who had received five talents came forward bringing the additional five. 10 He said, 'Master, you gave me five talents. See, I have made five more.'
21
His master said to him, 'Well done, my good and faithful servant. Since you were faithful in small matters, I will give you great responsibilities. Come, share your master's joy.'
22
(Then) the one who had received two talents also came forward and said, 'Master, you gave me two talents. See, I have made two more.'
23
His master said to him, 'Well done, my good and faithful servant. Since you were faithful in small matters, I will give you great responsibilities. Come, share your master's joy.'
24
Then the one who had received the one talent came forward and said, 'Master, I knew you were a demanding person, harvesting where you did not plant and gathering where you did not scatter;
25
so out of fear I went off and buried your talent in the ground. Here it is back.'
26
His master said to him in reply, 'You wicked, lazy servant! 11 So you knew that I harvest where I did not plant and gather where I did not scatter?
27
Should you not then have put my money in the bank so that I could have got it back with interest on my return?
28
Now then! Take the talent from him and give it to the one with ten.
29
12 For to everyone who has, more will be given and he will grow rich; but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
30
13 And throw this useless servant into the darkness outside, where there will be
wailing and grinding of teeth.'

1 Cor 1:26-31
Consider your own calling, brothers and sisters.
Not many of you were wise by human standards,
not many were powerful,
not many were of noble birth.
Rather, God chose the foolish of the world to shame the wise,
and God chose the weak of the world to shame the strong,
and God chose the lowly and despised of the world,
those who count for nothing,
to reduce to nothing those who are something,
so that no human being might boast before God.
It is due to him that you are in Christ Jesus,
who became for us wisdom from God,
as well as righteousness, sanctification, and redemption,
so that, as it is written,
